To celebrate the start of summer, the Library is launching an additional collection on our existing Hoopla platform, called Hoopla Flex. This collection gives you more content to choose from and more ways to borrow popular eBooks and audiobooks.
Currently, Coquitlam residents with a library card can already borrow any 10 Hoopla Instant titles per month – no holds or waits. This includes eBooks, audiobooks, music, movies, TV shows, and binge passes (for magazines, The Great Courses, and Curiosity Streams).
In addition to the Hoopla Instant collection, customers will also get access to the Hoopla Flex collection.
The Hoopla Flex collection:
• Consists of popular and new release eBooks and audiobooks.
• Customers can borrow a Flex title marked “Available” or place a hold if it’s currently checked out.
• Each account can have up to 10 holds or borrows at one time. Reached your maximum holds or borrows? Return a Flex title to get another Flex hold or borrow.
