Reserved titles will be available on the 5th of each month for curbside pick-up! 

Many sets have not yet been returned so please confirm your current reservation is ready for pickup when you call. You can arrange to drop off old sets at the same time. Please do not put book club items in the drop boxes unless arranged in advance with Book Club staff.

Book Club Sets

The Library has many book club titles available for loan. Just register your club, and then reserve your book club set! 


Register your book club:

Email bookclub@coqlibrary.ca with the following information:
  1. Book club name
  2. Contact person’s name, email address, phone number and library card number
  3. Preferred pickup branch (Poirier or City Centre) 

Reserve your book club set:

Guidelines:

    • Book club sets can be reserved up to one year in advance.
    • ​Please reserve at least 7 days in advance.
    • Loan period is 7-weeks, with no renewals.
    • Sets can be picked up on the 5th of the month and are held for 7 days. 
    • Sets are due on the 25th of the second month, but can be returned any time prior to the due date.
    • Reservations may be overlapping. For example, you may reserve a title for January/February, and reserve an additional title for February/March.
    • Book Clubs must check out a complete set (12 copies). 
    • All copies must be returned at the same time by the due date. Late charges are 35 cents per day per book.
