Print a document from a library computer station or directly at the printer by plugging in your USB drive.

Scan a physical document into a digital file.

• USB flash drive required; flash drives may be purchased or borrowed from the Help Desk.
• Scanning is free, but you must insert a coin deposit to use the machine.

Send your print job to the Library printer from your computer using the PrinterOn website.

1. Select your preferred pick-up branch (City Centre or Poirier)
2. In the Printer box, use the drop-down menu to select colour, single or double-sided printing, and paper size.
3. In the User Info box, enter your email address.
4. In the Select Document box, click Browse to select your document.
5. Click on the right arrow button on the bottom right of the screen to proceed.
6. Review the print job and pricing information. When you are ready to transmit your print job, click on the green printer icon on the bottom right of the screen.
7. Your print job has successfully transmitted when you see the message, “Your request has been processed.”
8. The print release station will keep your print job on file for three days. Visit your selected library branch to print out your document.

Send your print job to the Library printer from your smartphone or tablet using the PrinterOn mobile app.

1. Download the free PrinterOn app from your app store. PrinterOn is available for Apple and Android devices.
2. Open the app and from the main menu, select the Documents, Photos or Web icon to find the item you wish to print.
3. Click on the printer icon at the bottom of the main menu.
4. Click on Location at the bottom of the screen.
5. Zoom in to Coquitlam or use the search bar.
6. Tap on the orange pin.
7. Tap on the List icon.
8. Scroll through the options to select your preferred pickup branch (City Centre or Poirier), and print options: colour, paper size and single or double-sided.
9. Click Print.
10. Enter your email address and click OK.
11. The print release station will keep your print job on file for three days. Visit your selected library branch to print out your document.

Print an email or attachment from the Library printer by forwarding it to:

Your document will print single-sided in black and white.
