Reserve a Meeting Room for Free

City Centre Board Room

Meeting Rooms at Coquitlam Public Library’s City Centre branch and Poirier branch are now open for bookings. To celebrate the reopening of meeting rooms, between now and September 30, groups can reserve a meeting room free of charge.

The Library has a selection of meeting rooms including board rooms, program rooms and a two-room combined space that accommodates up to 60 people. Many of the Library’s meeting rooms are equipped with screen and projector, while additional equipment like white boards, podiums and microphones are available in select rooms.

Bookings can be made through the self-serve booking portal online, in-person and by phone. Customers must have a library card to make a reservation. For people who don’t have a library card yet, registration for a card is free and can be completed online or in-person.

Reservations for a free room can be made day-of or up to 7 days in advance. Maximum booking time is 4 hours per day, and limit one booking per day, per group. For full reservation guidelines, visit our Meeting Rooms page. Regular meeting rooms rentals will resume in the Fall.
