City Centre Board Room

Regular meeting room bookings are back! We have a selection of meeting rooms available for your group to use. Spaces include board rooms, program rooms and a two-room combined space that currently accommodates up to 60 people in accordance with COVID-19 safety guidelines. Many of the Library’s meeting rooms are equipped with screen and projector, while additional equipment like white boards, podiums and microphones are available in select rooms.

Bookings can be made through the self-serve booking portal online, in-person and by phone. Customers must have a library card to make a reservation. For people who don’t have a library card yet, registration for a card is free and can be completed online or in-person.

Reservations for rooms at the Commercial and Non-Profit rates can be made as early as next day and as far as 3 months in advance. For full reservation guidelines, visit our Meeting Rooms page.

Non-profits and community groups may also qualify for one free meeting room rental per month if meetings are free for participants, open to the public and used for educational, cultural or civic purposes. Application is required. Visit the Meeting Room Rentals page and click on ‘Qualify for a free room rental’ for full details.
